If too much color is filled into thick brows, they can quickly look heavy and overwhelming, so 

we designed the shape by making the most of the existing hair and focusing on areas where the form was lacking.

Especially with brows like these, if you look closely,

even though there is plenty of hair overall, the upper and lower lines are often uneven, the brow arch is in an awkward position, or the tail direction is not well organized.

So it’s easier to think of this as brow semi-permanent makeup that is more about ‘tidying up’ than ‘adding on’.
