A headline of ₩99,000 can become several times that at checkout, entirely legitimately, because you received more units than the headline covered. Nobody misled you; the unit was the price, and the number of units was decided during the consultation.
So ask one question before you agree to anything: "Is this the total, and how many units does it include?" Ask it in writing if you can, so the answer exists somewhere you can point to.
