The counseling was thorough and great!
I really appreciated that they clearly told me “you don’t need it” for procedures I didn’t need, and they didn’t have that pushy feeling of recommending everything. It felt like they were carefully considering what I actually needed and making suggestions based on that, which put me at ease.
There was also someone who could speak Japanese, and since the procedure was in Korea, that was very reassuring. They answered my questions carefully as well, so I was able to trust them and proceed with confidence.
