Precautions Instructions
Pre-Treatment Precautions (Before)
- Shave the area the day before or the morning of treatment to prevent the risk of burns.
- Please notify us in advance if you have tattoos in the treatment area.
- Laser energy can react strongly on tanned skin or tattoos, which may lead to burn risks.
- Avoid plucking, waxing, depilatory creams, decolorants, and tanning before and after treatment, as they can cause skin irritation and decrease results.
Post-Treatment Care Instructions (After)
- Avoid rubbing or irritating the treated area, as it may cause folliculitis or hyperpigmentation.
- Mild redness, stinging, or discomfort may occur after treatment. This typically subsides within 2-3 days. Apply cold compresses as needed.
- If you experience rash, itching, or folliculitis, please visit the clinic for proper evaluation and care.
- For one week after treatment, avoid alcohol, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and strenuous exercise.
- Hair will not fall out immediately after the session. It will gradually shed over 2-3 weeks.
