Three methods, one line designed for you Double Eyelid Surgery
Wan Plastic Surgery
BEFORE WE DRAW A LINE Your eyelids are unique. So is your line.
There is no single line that suits everyone. We look closely at your eyelids first, then choose the method.
- 01 Eyelid thickness
- 02 Degree of sagging
- 03 Eye-opening strength
- 04 Amount of eyelid fat
- 05 Skin laxity
- 06 The line you want
FIND YOUR METHOD Three ways to a natural double eyelid
| Method | INCISION | BEST FOR | KEY POINT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Non-incision | None | Thin eyelids with little sagging | Soft, natural line with minimal burden |
| Partial-incision | Small | Some fat or a firmer hold needed | Stronger than non-incision, still natural |
| Full-incision | Along the line | Thick or droopy eyelids | Clear, stable line with excess skin & fat removed |
The right method is decided after examining your eyelids during consultation.
Method 01 Non-incision Double Eyelid
Natural adhesion
A line created with fine fixation and no skin incision.
With little incision burden and a relatively natural-looking line, it suits those who want a soft, clean eye shape. It works best when the eyelids are not too thick or droopy.
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| Step 01 | Analyze eye shape & line before surgery |
| Step 02 | Mark the adhesion points |
| Step 03 | Form the line without incision |
| Step 04 | A natural double eyelid line |
Method 02 Partial-incision Double Eyelid
Small incision
A small incision to trim unnecessary tissue and secure the line.
It holds more firmly than non-incision while keeping the incision small, for a relatively natural line. Whether it fits depends on eyelid thickness, fat amount and the line shape you want.
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| Step 01 | Analyze eye shape & line before surgery |
| Step 02 | Set the partial incision area |
| Step 03 | Trim unnecessary tissue & fix the line |
| Step 04 | Double eyelid line complete |
Method 03 Full-incision Double Eyelid
An incision along the eyelid to remove excess fat and loose skin. Even with thick or droopy eyelids, it helps create a clear and stable line. We consider not only the shape of the line, but also eye-opening strength and how much the skin has loosened.
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| Step 01 | Check eye condition before surgery |
| Step 02 | Design the double eyelid line |
| Step 03 | Incise & trim unnecessary tissue |
| Step 04 | Secure the line & finish |

Each stage is checked against the plan. We review left-right balance, line continuity and the risk of over-correction, repeating mid-surgery checks with the long-term result in mind.
