Dr. Hwang was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. You could immediately tell that his medical expertise is reflected in his work.
I initially went in for Botox and, after asking when I had last received it, he explained that since it had only been two months, he did not recommend doing it again so soon. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to prioritize what was best for me rather than simply proceeding with the treatment.
I asked about another procedure, and he took the time to provide informative recommendations and explain my options. I left, thought about it, and ultimately decided to return. He was patient, educational, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
